Administrator - (Kankakee, IL)

Primary assignments include operational and fiscal oversight, strategic planning with an emphasis on integration with a broader healthcare continuum, personnel management, staff development, resident service provision, and marketing and admissions. Responsibilities: Accountable for the development and maintenance of all operational policies and procedures for properties. Develops and executes marketing plan to achieve occupancy at desired levels. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory qualifications. Ensure financial transactions and bookkeeping records are maintained in accordance with regulatory qualifications. Manages and provides leadership in financial matters regarding budgeting and cost control and revenue generation. Manages day-to-day operations of the department. Participates and contributes to assigned committees, teams, task forces, including community service if applicable. Provides leadership and direction for ensuring quality resident services.
