Technical Architect SAP Basis - (Lorain, OH)

Essential Position duties and Responsibilities Assist in the architecting, configuration, development, and integration of the SAP Basis and other Nordson application systems Work together with Basis outsourced provider to deliver Nordson's application operations. Manage and improve the change control process for various SAP and other Applications throughout Nordson's ERP landscape Assist in the development of project plans as necessary for upgrades, enhancements, and new installations Assist in day to day Basis operations, working to resolve technical issues Be an innovator for the team by maintaining ability in the area of SAP architecture including industry trends, strategies, and products to ensure corporate assets are optimized Communicate project status to upper management and provide necessary insight Manage Application Security and business continuity All other duties as assigned Education and Background Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related position of study required.
