POSITION SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARYThe Home Health Aide is responsible for administering care to assigned patients and provides support to the patient care team. Position responsibilities will include simple treatments, providing personal care and ensuring that patients surroundings are clean & orderly. The Home Health Aide functions under the direct supervision of the Case Manager and/or Clinical Manager.
