Description : American Health Network, an Optum Health company, is seeking?a Clinical Trainer/Analyst to assist practices with workflow efficiencies, cost savings, standardized patient flow methodology to correlate with the functionality of the EHR/EPM software applications, and provide training resources to the practices, in both Indiana and Ohio locations, ?for clinical integration. Responsibilities: ? Organizes training programs and provides education and instruction to end-users on clinical tasks related to EHR/EPM template utilization based upon end-user and organizational needs.? Assists with development and delivery of population specific learning, and evaluates training outcomes.? Conducts ongoing clinical support training needs assessments of organization.? Designs and delivers training materials to educate users during the implementation process of strategic and standard techniques.
