Concierge, Part time Position description What will I be doing? As a Concierge, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times. Recommends and books activities and dining options suitable for the guest. When making a booking fill out voucher system, input guest fees into VOICE, confirm with Activity Company the booking and provide the guest with all pertinent details. Stays abreast of current events, specials, new businesses in town, etc. so you are well informed to assist the guest. Book guests for spa treatments at the Valdoro Spa through online booking system. Works closely with spa owner on any changes, better systems, etc. Interacts with the spa staff for spa postings and guest info. Assists with other departments when needed.
