Must Haves Microsoft Suites Recruiting Background This position will mainly be responsible for the recruiting of light industrial and skill trade skill sets. In addition to the recruiting responsibilities the person will be responsible for spear heading the company events associated with the holidays. Individual will need to be able to hit the ground running with little to no training. This is a manufacturing environment with high security due to the sensitive products that are manufactured out of this site. HR Team sits in a big underutilized space that has separate offices for each member of the team. HR dresses business casual. Though this is a contract, for the right person someone could absolutely go perm in an Generalist capacity. In addition, this position has amazing benefits. Hours M-F 8-5pm applicant also needs to be flexible since there will be times when coming in on third shift for an event may be necessary.
