Service Technician III - (Rome, NY)

Service Technician III Full-time Leonard Bus Sales, a recognized leader in the distribution and support of quality school buses, is looking for experienced diesel & automotive technicians with a strong sense of commitment to the customer. We are currently seeking experienced technicians to provide diagnostics and repairs on school buses. This job mandates a strong team member dedicated to providing the high level of service that Leonard Bus Sales' customers have come to expect. We are looking for an aggressive self-starter who has the expertise to: Examine vehicles and confer with customers to determine malfunction and repairs needed. Perform repairs needed with customer vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine the nature and scope of the problem.
