Director of Operations for the Adult Undergraduate Program - (Palos Heights, IL)

Responsibilities: Coordination of program oversight Serve as the primary point of contact for adult undergraduate program with key campus offices including but not limited to the bookstore, business office, financial aid, and campus events. Program management In conjunction with the program directors, develop program-specific and semester-specific calendars, course schedules, and adjunct hiring, oversight, and care practices. Adult undergraduate student onboarding and orientation. Receive students at the point of handoff from the admissions office, preparing acceptance packages and ensuring students are registered and properly onboarded. Plan and host orientation events prior to the launch of new starts or semesters. Enrollment innovation In conjunction with the program directors, Marketing, and Admissions staff, take the lead in identifying innovative outreach opportunities that go beyond current practice.
