In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day relationship management with our 3rd-party originators ("TPOs") related to the FinPac Commercial channel. Functions Serve as the primary point of contact for TPO's related to the FinPac Commercial channel Effectively train and communicate established workplace standards to affect overall performance and profitability Maintain regular communications with the objective to develop additional business Prepare, organize and present company programs and services to new potential TPOs/lessors Distribute all communication activities, including notification of service and program changes, within the assigned region in a timely manner Gather and review TPO credit submissions, financial info, etc.
