Staff Therapist - Counseling Center - Temp Tracking Code591-674 Position description Valparaiso University is seeking a Temp Staff Therapist to provide counseling and psychological services to Valparaiso University students including: assessment, treatment planning, implementation of individual and group counseling interventions, crisis intervention, psychoeducational programming and outreach, supervision of graduate level trainees, and psychological and organizational consultation. This is done in order to foster the development and/or contribute to the expertise of Valparaiso University students to function successfully in the academic and co-curricular environment and in post-graduate life. Counseling: Provide individual, conjoint, and group counseling to Valparaiso University students Provide crisis intervention and crisis counseling for students whenever needed Provide consultation concerning students and student problems to faculty, staff, students, parents
