Dining Services Server/Cashier- Full time Tracking Code589-674 Position overview Reports to: Café or Founders Manager Description of Job: Responsible for performing cashier and line server duties which include running transactions at the register, stocking cashier stations, brewing coffee/tea, setting up beverage stations and food items, prepping food, ensuring visual appeal of food, serving food, etc. This position will serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner and maintain the work area clean. Hours: Available shifts include Limited Full time: Days and time may vary Responsibilities: Follow cash handling policy at all times. Accurately ring up all purchases. Check menu and set up work area with proper dishes and serving utensils. Serve food in the correct portion size, using the correct utensils. Take and prepare orders for specialty items that are cooked to order. Anticipate the need for increased production and react accordingly. Monitor the quality of food Properly label and store food.
