This position is located on the Flagstaff campus and requires the hired applicant to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. As this job has been identified as Safety Security Sensitive, employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background and fingerprint check. This job mandates the flexibility to work extended and non-standard work hours as needed to accomplish objectives. Position details Reviews, coordinates and executes the most difficult and unique purchasing transactions in accordance with state and federal statutes, policies established by the Arizona Board of Regents and institutional policies and procedures. Interprets purchasing policy to departments, vendors and staff as a specialist in assigned commodities which requires a high degree of technical knowledge of policies and procedures.
