Associate Athletic Trainer Tracking Code244-280 Job summary The Associate Athletic Trainer provides assistance and oversight for Stetson University’s Division I intercollegiate athletics sports medicine and rehabilitative program. The Associate Athletic Trainer is responsible for assisting the Director with ensuring compliance with all federal, state, NCAA, conference and university regulations, creating and managing departmental resources in a fiscally responsible manner, and sustaining a culture of sportsmanship, professionalism and respect at all levels. The Associate Athletic Trainer reports directly to the Director of Sports Medicine and supervises multiple athletic trainers. The Associate Athletic Trainers will interact with all Team Physicians, Florida Hospital and other associated health care facilities, the University Health and Counseling services and Head Coaches.
