Clinical Laboratory Scientist Coordinator (medical Technologist) - Blood - (St Petersburg, FL)

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and leading the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling and supervisory duties as required, monitoring productivity, and using independent judgment to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction we are able. Prioritizes, delegates and oversees all phases of the laboratory process, ensuring all established processes, policies and procedures for the laboratory are followed to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results are reported. Oversees the quality assurance and quality management programs and ensures they are followed, and follows up as appropriate with any deviations in process. Ensures ongoing laboratory compliance with all appropriate regulatory organizations, and all facility and system wide qualifications, including monitoring proficiency testing.
