Performs and is responsible for department operations as assigned. Responsibilities: Laboratory Testing: Performs and reports test results for waived, moderate and high complexity clinical laboratory test procedures as assigned and outlined in the standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals. Demonstrates proficiency, competency and understanding of fundamental principles of clinical laboratory procedures. Documents work processes as required.
