Security Guard - (Sylacauga, AL)

POSITION PROFILE: Monitors the arrivals and departures of guests and teammates to and from the property. Conducts regular patrols of the grounds and provides general services to the guests of Pursell Farms. Serves as a welcoming Ambassador to the property. Strives to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Greet all guests arriving at the entrance to the Farm Have a good current expertise of the history of the farm to answer guest questions Contact appropriate department or person to notify them of guest or visitor arrivals Escort guests to their accommodations after regular business hours Meet guest requests after hours such as roll away bed requests, towels or general details questions Serves as the 1st line of contact and complete any necessary forms in the event of an injury or accident reported on the property
