Supplier Quality Engineer (New Model) - (Murfreesboro, TN)

Reports to: S QA Manager Responsibilities: Issue corrective action "8D" requests as needed. Evaluate the results of "8D" responses as to acceptability of corrective action. Interact with external customers, internal customers, and suppliers. Coordinate the containment and movement of rejected supplier material movement with Production Departments, Production Control, Receiving Inspection, and Suppliers. Generate reports, graphs, and charts as needed. Oversee data collection and interpretation to coordinate improvement efforts with suppliers. Assist receiving inspection personnel with inspection of materials/products for aesthetic and dimensional accuracy. Provide Kasai NA quality expectations for purchased materials/products to suppliers. Monitor and enforce ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 policies and procedures. Verify the accuracy of all documentation related to supplier quality. Perform supplier process audits according to ISO/TS standards.
