Manager, MSC ERS Quality Assurance - (Clearfield, UT)

Job functions · Manages QA activities. Ensures reviews are effectively planned, executed and accurately reported · Manages development and implementation of MSC ERS Quality Assurance Programs. · Prepares reports for senior management outlining QA review results · Ensures effective department operations and programs. . Establishes and implements agent review processes · Provides consultation to business units and specialized ability in AAA QA business processes as directed or requested by client organizations · Stay abreast of best practices both internally and externally and provide conduit for introducing those practices to the Club · Work with VP in establishing a communication program to raise awareness of QA risk and control matters. · In coordination with business unit representatives, ensure that all agreed actions are subsequently implemented · Promotes better risk management practices throughout the organization
