Sr Quality assurance Engineer I - (Forest, MS)

The Raytheon SAS Mission Assurance Supplier Quality organization ensures that known good parts and services are received from the supply chain. We work collaboratively with our internal functional counterparts to ensure qualifications flow down and TDP’s will result in product that performs in the system and services that meet performance qualifications. We provide Basis of Estimates to the program to ensure proper funding. We conduct supplier oversight through qualifications reviews, in-process and final inspection at supplier’s facilities, perform ‘value-added’ incoming inspection at Raytheon to ensure compliance. We perform robust containment, root cause, corrective action and validation of supplier caused defects. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Provide Supplier Quality Engineering support to assigned programs at the Forest, MS site, with limited supervision.
