SOFTWARE TESTER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in MADISON, WI. THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS: * Background with Jira or similar issue tracking tool * Background with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban * Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Execute both manual tests * Assist in the creation of test plans * Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence * Review, update, and create manual test cases * Review, create, and triage new bugs with development teams * Work with other QA teams to evaluate and refine our processes * Perform validation and exploratory test coverage using different testing techniques * Perform issue reporting, research, analysis, confirmation and support resolution * Perform a variety of QA related support tasks for internal development team.
