NON-BOM Supply Chain Specialist - (Provo, UT)

POSITION DETAILS The NON-BOM Supply Chain Specialist ensures there is right level contract in place with suppliers. The position plays a key role to ensure that supplier delivers the parts or service as per agreed terms and conditions seeking max value for money for the company and supplier's performance and relationship are managed professionally. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Follow supplier onboarding process. Put CDA, T&Cs, Service Agreement in place to improve the supplier contract compliance level. Ensure the adherence to Schlumberger approved Supplier agreements/contracts. Evaluate the quotes and select the right supplier for the service or products. Negotiate with supplier to improve the competitiveness from suppliers and maximize value for money for the company. Minimize the variance between the actual cost VS supplier initial quote. Measure supplier performance against KPIs. Build a healthy and professional supplier relationship.
