Service Writer Tom O'Brien is seeking a Service Writer to join the team The Service Writer ?will be assigned to the Oil Change/Express Lane and will be responsible for building strong customer relationship and selling the technicians? time.? This is a part time position working up to twenty hours per week.? Must be willing to work an eight hour shift on Saturdays. Job duties: Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service? Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request. Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Ensure customer has a positive dealership background? Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions?regarding the? ? customer?s vehicle.??? No previous background required Customer Service background desired? Must have computer proficiency Valid driver's license This is a part time position working up to
