Director, Learning and Technology - (Westlake, OH)

General Summary The primary focus of this position is to lead Learning and Technology for the Field Sales Organization (FSO) and related service organizations (ISO, FSO Canada). The position also provides support and leadership for Corporate Learning programs. With respect to these Corporate responsibilities the position has dotted-line accountability to the Executive Director, Human Resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - FSO/ISO/FSO Canada: Specific to FSO, the position is responsible for the development of strategies to simplify execution at field level, increase engagement and optimize business results through training, interactive e-learning, associate development and continuous process improvements. This individual stays current with advances in learning models and mobile technologies to enable creation of intuitive experiences and solutions that minimize the learning curve.
