Qualifications: 2+ years background in a technical Helpdesk role 2+ years troubleshooting technical user issues and documenting the needed info into the ServiceNow platform. 2+ years background supporting windows OS (7, 8.1 and preferably 10) 2+ years background with Microsoft active directory and Microsoft Windows OS as well as the Office suite (Office 365).
