Insurance Customer Service Rep - (Mill Creek, WA)

If you have some basic Personal or Commercial Lines processing background and or knowledge and you are tired of commuting to Seattle, consider this new role with my independent insurance agency located in Mill Creek, WA. The firm is looking for a new Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant. You will have hourly pay, benefits, and on-going in-house training to learn the office systems so that you can do policy service on established accounts. As your insurance knowledge grows, you will take on your own accounts. You will be paid an hourly wage of $18 to $20/hr and will also be eligible for a monthly team bonus which should add another $2/hr per month (approximately $4000 to your yearly income). After one year, you will be eligible to receive an hourly increase as well. The company has a nice family centric culture, provides benefits after 90 days, and also offers PAID-TIME-OFF and paid holidays. Work hours are Mon to Fri from 9 am to 5 pm. Parking is free.
