Description A Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting the Director in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability. What will I be doing? As a Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the Senior Human Resources leadership team in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function to deliver excellent team player and guests experiences and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assist in the daily management of the Human Resources operation to include, but not limited to team player relations, recognition and rewards, leave of absence, training and departmental purchasing.
