Do you have a passion for Local food? Do you love to cook? Hometown Harvest Kitchen has an opening for a full-time person in our commercial production kitchen. We are expanding into a full service restaurant in Downtown Frederick, and need a qualified and enthusiastic applicant to help operate our meal delivery service. Applicant will join a team to help create soups, salads, and meals that will be delivered to our customers each week. The successful applicant will have culinary background, be able to stay organized and on task, and have a passion for local food. We are looking for creative, motivated, and dedicated folks. Responsibilities: Follow prep lists for daily orders. Prepare foods accurately according to standardized recipes. Assemble prepared delivery meals. Meet daily time deadlines for delivery orders. Stay on task and productive. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Portion finished products such as soups, salads, and meals into containers.
