GWHP Business Int & Data Gov Sr Mgr - (Jacksonville, FL)

The Business Intelligence& Data Governance Sr Manager is responsible for assisting with executing the vision and strategy for all data management activities across Guidewell Health Plans (GWHP) and lead Research and Development efforts for Florida Blue Commercial analytics. This includes assisting the execution of GWHP and Florida Blue Commercial analytics strategy, working closely with Sr. Director- Analytics of GWHPs, Florida Blue and 3rd party strategic partners to provide strategic input and counsel involving the development and management of the enterprise Guidewell Data Platform. The Sr. Manager is the business owner of the GWHP Analytics platform and is responsible for developing and maintaining well-controlled, reliable data used for financial reporting, operational reporting and analytics across the organization, as well as to our strategic, aligned provider partners.
