CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an immediate entry level opening for a Branch Construction Recruiter for the King of Prussia, PA Branch. ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: Recruitment for Roofing Technicians, Installers, and Foreman level positions to include the searching, screening, interviewing and assisting management with applicant selection. Implement cost effective recruitment functions including identifying and visiting potential recruitment locations career fairs Maintain network of contacts to help identify and source candidates who are qualified POSITION MANDATES: An energetic, self-motivating, challenge oriented person Prior recruiting experience preferred but not required Have a basic knowledge of the roofing/construction industry Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and discrimination principles; Strong People skills with expertise to communicate effectively.
