Title: Sr HR Generalist Reports to: HR Director Function summary: The Sr HR Generalist acts as a strategic and tactical support focusing on the implementation of strategic and operational programs for human resources and the overall organization. The Sr HR Generalist will partner with leadership to determine needs for the organization ensuring alignment with corporate direction, strategic initiatives and human resources best practices. Principal Responsibilities: Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Consults, advises and supports transformation and change initiatives, people decisions and actions, retention and engagement, employee communication and HR programs and services.
