Manager, Community Benefit and Charity Programs - (Wilmington, DE)

The Manager, Community Benefit and Charity Programs leads Saint Francis Healthcare community benefit and charity care programs. This includes providing administrative support to the Saint Clare Van, Center of Hope and Tiny Steps programs, managing Community Benefit expectations set by the IRS and Trinity Health in order to maintain our tax-exempt status, and providing community outreach and support as available and requested by community partners. MIN REQUIREMENTS: * College diploma; graduate degree in business, healthcare or administration preferred * Knowledge of Community Benefit regulations and reporting, including CBISA software * Expertise to represent Saint Francis well in the community * Availability for occasional weekend or evening activities
