Assistant Property Manager - (Albany, GA)

Needed: Experienced Assistant Property Manager, must have at least two years of background. The right applicant will: Be able to work well with the public; have knowledge of Georgia Landlord/Tenant Law; work in a quick paced environment; collect rents, file dispos; take work orders, answer the phone, process applications for rent; be proficient with Microsoft word, Ms excel, Internet, and rent managing software; and any other duties that may be assigned by the Property Manager.
