Oversees warehouse operations, reporting directly to the General Manager. Assists in training on all lines. Helps manage the placement of employees in order to maximize production on all lines. Steps in to cover missing employees on all lines, as needed. Ensures the quality of products meets company and Italian tile industry standards. Places the glaze on product before it is run through the kiln. Must have five years of tile glazing background, including: ? Creating tile glazing mixes and applying to the tile ?
