Role Summary The Learning Advisor provides learning support that enables and grows employee competencies and performance. The Learning Advisor is responsible for collaborating with Learning & Workforce Capability (LWC) peers and the business to identify skill requirements, gaps, and future skill sets. This role also partners with the business to understand priorities and strategies and correlates that to learning objectives that are used in developing learning solutions. This role is responsible for developing the documentation associated with scoping the projects and business requirements.
