Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL Position overview: The applicant is expected to perform under general direction and ensures that all info systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Performs and leads tests of software, processes and procedures to ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulation is observed. May create test data for applications. Works with multiple teams to devise improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Performs complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned): * Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution. * Execute Quality Assurance (QA) and Configuration Management (CM) processes and procedures, well-documented in a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
