Product Analyst - Personal Lines - (East Stroudsburg, PA)

Overview Assess competitive landscape in order to identify pricing and coverage issues and opportunities and recommends changes when necessary. Monitor underwriting quality and results of assigned states in order to develop and implement strategies to improve business results. All position duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Monitor overall production, profit and competitive position for assigned markets. Proactively recommends actions to drive expected results. Develop analysis of competitive position using available rating tools along with Ms excel or Access. Develop production reports and communicate results in order to identify and monitor key trends. Monitor competitor activities in assigned markets and communicates relevant changes that affect underwriting, rates or forms. Interact with field employees and underwriters to gather market intelligence.
