Whole Life Engineering Section Manager (Security Clearance required) - (Fort Wayne, IN)

This position is for a Whole Life Engineering East Section Manager within the Whole Life Engineering Center at the Fort Wayne, IN Site. The Section Manager will lead a section of Whole Life Engineering (WLE) disciplines comprised of Reliability Engineers, Integrated Logistics Support Engineers, and Safety Engineers. The applicant will organize and deploy section personnel to ensure program qualifications are achieved, and to serve as a communication conduit with Program Leadership and other peer Section Managers. This job mandates the Section Manager to provide the leadership and decision-making necessary to achieve program success. Supervisory duties include performance management, career and training development, staffing, recognition, and personnel support/management.
