Position : PWA School Teacher Classification : Full time, Salaried Reports To : PWA School Coordinator General Statement of Responsibility Instruct the students at PWA using the APEX curriculum, one-on-one tutoring, and printed off written assignments. Responsibilities: --- Teach students at PWA using multiple teaching styles --- Plan and organize instruction to achieve general and course outcomes, based on student's expertise --- Provides effective instruction using a variety of strategies, which bring about desired student outcomes --- Provide spiritual guidance through daily devotional time --- Assess student progress, maintain records, and communicate ongoing student progress as determined by PWA School Coordinator --- Organize and manage the classroom environment to maximize learning.
