Job overview: As a Penske Body Shop Estimator you are responsible for writing collision repair estimates. Major Responsibilities: -Superior customer relation skills -Effective communication and people organizational skills -Current understanding of body shop maintenance operations. -Completing repair estimates in Adjustrite system-downloading into Summit. -Communicate with both internal and external customers. -Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor -At least three years of body shop estimating background required -Estimator Certification required -High-school degree or equivalent required -Vocational/technical school preferred -Basic technical skills including Word, Microsoft excel, Outlook required -Outstanding written/verbal communication, issue solving, and decision making skills are required -Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job -Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
