Composites Production Opr 3 (Security Clearance required) - (Beavercreek, OH)

Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems is currently recruiting motivated individuals with Aerospace Spray Paint Coating & Plating Process background in our Composite environment at our Dayton, OH location. Min Requirements: Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET SECURITY clearance Must have current knowledge of Spray Painting and Coating processes (preferably Aerospace Coatings) Operates forklifts Conscious of Personal/TEAM safety Responsible for product quality & execution Commitment to work off shifts if needed is a must Commitment to travel out of state for temporary work if needed Willingness to work at either of our Beavercreek or Kettering locations as needed Preferred Requirements: four years min background with Spray Painting and Coating processes in a manufacturing environment (preferably Aerospace Coatings) Capabilities: Able to read and interpret written procedures and perform the functions as specified by the procedure Able to work in a standing position for extended time periods & wear a jump suit with
