Job Summary Perform duties that help ensure the quality of laboratory test results and reports, perform routine analysis as assigned, and assist other laboratory personnel in their roles as assigned. Maintain calibration records for the laboratory balances, flow meters, ovens, thermometers, leak detector, and other equipment as assigned. Communicate issues to Lab Manager. Collaborate with Lab Supervisor and other lab staff in performing assigned duties Keep accurate records of hazardous waste removal. Notify waste company when needed. Spot check to see that containers throughout the lab are adequately labelled according to EPA standards. Proof Descriptive Test Reports each month. Prepare MBM samples for the inter-lab check sample program. Assist reporting results to participants. Maintain these records.
