Commercial Lines Account Manager - Towne Insurance - (Virginia Beach, VA)

Required responsibilities: Answers telephone calls from insured customers inquiring about endorsement requests, cancellations and claims Processes transactions according to company procedures Review bills when received and forward to customers Processes audits according to office procedures Quotes and prints finance agreements and follows office procedures Handles insured customers' requests for certificates, prints them and mails or faxes them as needed Ensures that client and policy details is up to date on the system and in accordance with procedures Keeps P & C License active and increases insurance knowledge by attending continuing-ed classes Attends internal office meetings as necessary Assists the Senior Customer Service Representatives as needed Handles other duties as assigned Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules
