Building Location: St Marys Medical Center Department: 11010 Cardiology Position details: Responsible for the scheduling of appointments, procedures, tests, and/or other appointments pertinent to the department in an efficient manner while maintaining client and staff satisfaction. Obtains all necessary details from the physician and/or office staff to make appropriate arrangements. Responsible for communications within and across departments to ensure the most efficient response for patients. Performs miscellaneous clerical, clinical secretary, and registration functions as needed. Work Background: Min 1yr of office or scheduling background. Working expertise of medical terminology.
