Administrative Assistant � Medical Affairs - (Carlsbad, CA)

About the Role Provide administrative assistance to the Medical Affairs department in support of publications, education, grants, contracts, and budgets. Responsibilities * Participate in the maintenance of contract management systems " processing contracts for approvals, storage, allocating expenditures, etc. " as relates to Medical Affairs contracts. * Provide support and planning with regards to quarterly budget reconciliations and department planning. * Compile and file expense reports, as needed. * Arrange domestic and international travel for department staff, and coordinate with external parties regarding travel for company events. * Route documents for internal review & tracking (publication drafts, regulatory, and training documentation) * Coordinate team player calendars and meeting arrangements.
