Front Office Clerk Responsibilities: Develops and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks. Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly. Assist Dentist with patient coordination. Electronically submitting/preparing insurance claims Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department. Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material. Maintains office supply inventory. Qualifications: Graduation from high-school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping Min two years background working in a clerical/office role Must be a people person with great attitude and attention to detail Communication proficiency Ethical Conduct Flexibility Initiative Time Management
