Sr. QA Automation Engineer - (Rancho Cordova, CA)

Our client is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity in Rancho Cordova, CA. Description: - Familiar with mobile operating systems and test automation for mobile testing - Scripting background with performance tools such as JMeter is a plus - Background testing in Agile/SCRUM environments. - Background testing web based/workflow applications, preferably in Java/Oracle environments - Background testing in Agile/SCRUM environments - Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Microsoft word, Visio, Project, and Microsoft excel). - Background in regular expressions, web services and tools such as SOAP UI - Must be organized and detail oriented Computer skills / Knowledge Required: - Expertise to work as a team player, as well as independently - Analyze execution logs and report defects - Background with testing management and defect tracking tools - Strong scripting skills preferably in JavaScript, Unix shell scripting, and Python, , HTML, creating and validating XML
