Position overview Division: Nucor Steel Gallatin Nucor Steel Gallatin (Ghent, KY), a division of the nation's largest steel and steel products manufacturer and largest recycler is seeking applicants who are qualified for: Accounting Supervisor The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, oversight and execution of Nucor's accounting, reporting, and internal control related activities. Assignments include, but are not limited to, all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit administration, claims administration, fixed assets, financial and compliance reporting, forecasting, costing files, assisting with annual budget, monthly balancing, tax and inventory management, and recording and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions, etc.
