Media Coordinator NE - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Position overview: Sets up, operates, programs, functions and maintains all the AV equipment of the David G. Jagelman, MD Conference Center. Schedules events in the Conference Center and maintaining schedule up to date. Facilitates use of AV equipment by presenters during events scheduled in the Conference Center. Ensures groups and individuals using the Center's resources adhere to the Center's policies. Responsibilities: Ensures the technical/AV support for the activities in the David G. Jagelman, M.D. conference center. Provides projection of slides, videos; enables audio system, assists speakers in loading presentations on PC's and generally facilitates the optimum operation of any scheduled event in the Center.
