Plant Operations Manager- Food Manufacturing - (Battleboro, NC)

ACTIVELY SEEKING: Operations Manager (Food Manufacturing). We are working with a Major Fortune 100 company in Rocky Mount NC. Operations Manager is responsible for all production activity and results for three-shift, seven-day operation, of a 100,000 square feet facility with 350 full time employees, producing $50 million in gross sales, using approx $22 million in materials. This role oversees the planning, organization, and execution of a production process which ensures availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources. Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent background required Min of 10yrs background in a Manufacturing company as a mid to senior level manager Food manufacturing background desired with a high emphasis on baked, refrigerated goods Strong project organizational skills Able to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, FDA and other Food Safety guidelines.
