Multi-lingual Customer Service Representative Austin, TX - 1/10 Position overview:We have full-time openings for Multi-lingual (Spanish and English) Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work various shifts. Candidates who are qualified must be available to work holidays and occasional weekend work may be required. Primary job qualifications of the CSR include providing superior customer service to clients, efficient and accurate entering of all customer service requests into LogistiCare's data management system, performing all gate keeping functions related to trip authorization, documenting and resolving complaints and issues.
